Trillionaire Vision Digital Wallet: Access to and use of the Trillionaire Vision Digital Wallet is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Users under 18 may only use the Digital Wallet features under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Single Account Policy

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person or entity without our express written consent.

As an Ambassador, you are responsible for all activities under your Ambassador Account, including (but not limited to) commission tracking, accessing exclusive content, and complying with the Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions.
Unauthorized use of your Ambassador Account may result in loss of commissions or termination from the program.
Unauthorized Access
Notification of Breach

Refunds for Canceled Orders

For claims not exceeding $10,000, either party may elect to have the arbitration conducted by telephone or via written submissions, subject to the arbitrator’s discretion regarding the need for an in-person hearing.

Fees and Higher Claims Clarification
- Filing, Administration, and Arbitrator Fees
Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Rules. - Claims Not Exceeding $10,000
For claims where damages do not exceed $10,000, Trillionaire Vision LLC will reimburse your filing fees unless the arbitrator determines the claim is frivolous. - Claims Exceeding $10,000
For higher claims, both parties will bear their respective fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.

Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute will be resolved solely on an individual basis, and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator is not permitted to consolidate the claims of multiple parties without the consent of all involved.
Opt-Out Procedure
If you do not wish to resolve disputes through arbitration, you may opt out by sending a written notice within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms and Conditions. Your notice should include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you do not wish to resolve disputes through arbitration. Send your opt-out notice to admin@trillionavision.com. Please note that opting out of arbitration does not affect any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any dispute must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises. After that, your claim will be permanently barred.
Arbitrator’s Decision
The arbitrator’s written decision will be final and binding. Judgment on the award can be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Waiver of Jury Trial
By agreeing to resolve disputes through arbitration, you and Trillionaire Vision LLC waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Severability and Survival
If any portion of this arbitration agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remainder will continue in full force and effect. This arbitration agreement will survive the termination of your relationship with Trillionaire Vision LLC.

Overview of the Tag Loyalty Program
Tag Types & Tokens
Each qualifying Trillionaire Vision garment carries a sealed tag revealing one of five Tag Types—Basic, Premium, Legendary, Rare, or Instant—once unsealed. Within each Tag Type, you’ll find multiple Tag Tokens, differing in color, pattern, or special artwork. These Tag Tokens define your collectible path, shaping the kinds of rewards and tier milestones you can achieve.
Scan, Then Choose: Mint, Verify, or Transfer
When you scan a tag’s QR code (or follow the provided link), you’ll land on a page dedicated to that Tag Type (e.g., Basic, Legendary, etc.). On that page, you typically have three core options:
- Mint (Claim) the Tag
- Initiates “claiming” or “recording” this tag in your name. While you can submit a mint request without logging in, to fully add this tag to your account and redeem future rewards, you must create or log in to your Trillionaire Vision account.
- Verify the Tag
- Confirms authenticity, ensuring the tag is valid and recognized by our system. This step is often repeated when a tag changes hands (e.g., through resale or gifting).
- Transfer the Tag
- Moves ownership of the tag token (and typically the garment itself) to another individual. The new owner can then verify or mint it under their own account.
Evolving & Community-Driven

Validating and caring for tags is entirely the participant’s responsibility. Tags that become damaged, altered, or unreadable may be disqualified. Trillionaire Vision is not obliged to investigate or correct authentication problems arising from poor tag handling.
No Liability for Misuse of Rewards
Once Trillionaire Vision issues a reward—be it merchandise, store credit, or an experience—we hold no further responsibility for how the participant uses, exchanges, or transfers that reward. Should a participant choose to resell or trade the reward to a third party, Trillionaire Vision disclaims all liability for disputes, fraud, or misrepresentations arising from that private transaction.
Program Modifications
Trillionaire Vision reserves the right to alter or discontinue any aspect of the Tag Loyalty Program at any time, for reasons such as shifting business strategies, legal requirements, or operational considerations. We will provide reasonable notice of major changes, allowing participants a window (e.g., 30 days) to redeem already-qualified rewards before modifications take effect. Trillionaire Vision is not liable for any losses or inconveniences participants incur due to program or reward adjustments, suspensions, or terminations.

3. Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions
Trillionaire Vision Ambassador Program Policy
Introduction: This part of the policy outlines the terms, conditions, and expectations for participants (“Ambassadors”) in the Trillionaire Vision Ambassador Program. As a participant in the Trillionaire Vision Ambassador Program (“Ambassador Program,” “Gig Program,” “Trillionaire Vision Gig Work,” or “Gig Work”), Ambassadors have a duty to uphold the values of the brand while promoting it responsibly. By enrolling in the program, you agree to uphold these guidelines, which are designed to ensure a fair, compliant, and integrity-driven partnership. Trillionaire Vision values ethical conduct, brand integrity, and mutual success, and this policy clarifies the responsibilities and benefits for all Ambassadors.
Additional Governing Terms
The Trillionaire Vision Ambassador Program is governed by these Ambassador Program Terms, together with the General Terms and Conditions, Tag Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, Rewards Terms and Conditions, and Digital Wallet Terms and Conditions, as applicable. In the event of any direct conflict between these Ambassador Program Terms and the General Terms and Conditions, these Ambassador Program Terms will control specifically for issues relating to the Ambassador Program. All Ambassadors are expected to review and comply with each set of terms to the extent relevant.
Ambassador Responsibilities
- Brand Representation: Ambassadors are expected to represent Trillionaire Vision in a positive and authentic manner. This means aligning with the brand’s values and messaging in all promotions. Ambassadors should use approved branding materials (logos, slogans, etc.) without alteration and must not misrepresent their role or the company’s offerings. When speaking about Trillionaire Vision, Ambassadors should be honest, clear, and reflective of the brand’s integrity.
- Marketing and Promotion Guidelines: All promotional efforts should be truthful, ethical, and in line with Trillionaire Vision’s marketing guidelines. Ambassadors should only make claims about products or services that are factually supported by the company’s official materials. Required Disclosures: When promoting on social media, websites, or other channels, Ambassadors must disclose their relationship with Trillionaire Vision (for example, using hashtags like #Ambassador or #Sponsored in social posts) in compliance with legal guidelines (see Compliance section). Ambassadors are encouraged to be creative and genuine in content creation, but spamming (mass unsolicited messages) or aggressive sales tactics are strictly prohibited. The use of personal referral links or codes provided by Trillionaire Vision is the only approved method to track sales; Ambassadors should not create unauthorized discount codes or promotions without company approval.
- Professionalism and Code of Conduct: Ambassadors must conduct themselves professionally and uphold the highest standards of integrity and courtesy. They should interact with customers, the community, and Trillionaire Vision staff in a respectful and constructive manner. Ambassadors are part of the public face of Trillionaire Vision, so professional behavior is required both online and offline when representing the brand. Prohibited Conduct: Engaging in hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or defamatory remarks is strictly forbidden. Ambassadors may not use obscene or offensive content in any materials related to Trillionaire Vision. They must also avoid any conduct that could harm the reputation of Trillionaire Vision, such as making false or misleading statements about the products, the program, or earnings potential. Any form of unethical behavior (including attempting to game the commission system or sabotage other Ambassadors) will result in disciplinary action.
- Confidentiality: Ambassadors may receive confidential or insider information during the course of their partnership (such as new product previews, marketing strategies, or private Ambassador resources). Such information is to be kept strictly confidential and used only for its intended purpose within the program. Ambassadors must not share, publish, or divulge any non-public information about Trillionaire Vision or its products, plans, or campaigns without explicit written permission from the company. This obligation of confidentiality remains even after an Ambassador’s participation in the program ends. Additionally, any passwords, discount codes, or special access provided to Ambassadors are for personal use only and must be safeguarded.
Compliance with Laws
- Advertising & Promotion Laws: Ambassadors are responsible for adhering to all applicable advertising standards and regulations. This includes following the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines in the United States for endorsements and testimonials (e.g., clearly disclosing the Ambassador relationship on social posts or reviews). Similarly, Ambassadors in other jurisdictions must follow their local laws regarding marketing and advertising disclosures (for example, ASA guidelines in the UK or EU regulations on influencer marketing). All promotional content should be honest and not deceptive. Ambassadors should not make claims about Trillionaire Vision products that violate advertising laws (for instance, no guarantees of specific results or income unless officially provided by the company with proper disclaimers).
Content License
As an Ambassador, you may create digital or physical promotional materials (e.g., photos, videos, blogs, social media posts) that reference or depict Trillionaire Vision products, logos, or brand identity. By creating and sharing such content in your role as a Trillionaire Vision Ambassador, you hereby grant Trillionaire Vision a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt your content for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes. This license survives your departure from the Ambassador Program.Intellectual Property Rights
Ambassadors must respect all Trillionaire Vision trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials. No modifications or derivative works of Trillionaire Vision intellectual property are permitted without prior written approval.
Any original content you create remains your property, subject to the license granted above for the promotional use by Trillionaire Vision.
Trillionaire Vision reserves the right to request removal or revision of any Ambassador-created materials that misrepresent the brand, violate brand guidelines, or conflict with legal or regulatory requirements.
- Consumer Protection: Trillionaire Vision is committed to consumer protection, and Ambassadors must ensure their marketing practices reflect this commitment. Do not engage in false advertising, fraudulent promises, or high-pressure sales tactics. Any income examples, product benefits, or success stories shared must be truthful and typical or accompanied by appropriate disclaimers that results vary. Ambassadors should provide accurate information about products (features, pricing, etc.) as provided by Trillionaire Vision and should never mislead consumers. If an Ambassador communicates with customers or leads, they must do so honestly and honor any consumer rights (such as refund policies or terms provided by the company).
- Tax Obligations (U.S. Ambassadors): Any earnings from the Ambassador Program are considered taxable income. U.S.-based Ambassadors are responsible for reporting their earnings to the IRS and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. Trillionaire Vision will not withhold taxes from commissions. However, the company may require U.S. Ambassadors to submit a Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes, and will issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC for annual earnings that meet or exceed the government’s reporting threshold (currently $600 in a calendar year). It is the Ambassador’s responsibility to consult with a tax professional if they have questions about how their Ambassador income affects their taxes.
- Tax Obligations (International Ambassadors): Ambassadors outside the U.S. are responsible for complying with their own country’s tax laws regarding income earned from the program. Trillionaire Vision does not withhold or remit taxes to foreign governments; commissions are paid in gross amounts. International Ambassadors may be asked to provide certain tax forms (such as a W-8BEN form for non-U.S. persons) to certify their foreign status for U.S. tax purposes. All Ambassadors should maintain their own records of earnings and seek advice from a tax advisor to ensure they meet any declaration or payment requirements in their jurisdiction.
- Age Restrictions: All Ambassadors must be adults who are of the age of majority in their country (18 years or older in most regions) to participate in the program. Trillionaire Vision does not knowingly allow minors to join the Ambassador Program. Furthermore, Ambassadors should ensure that their promotional activities are appropriate for the audiences they target. If a product or service has a recommended age or is not intended for minors, the Ambassador must not target or advertise to individuals under that age. In any contests or giveaways run by Ambassadors featuring Trillionaire Vision products, Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring participants are eligible by age (for example, 18+ for financial products, if applicable) and that the promotion complies with relevant laws. Always avoid content or marketing strategies that could violate child protection laws (such as COPPA in the U.S.) or any platform rules regarding underage audiences.
- Compliance with Other Laws: In addition to advertising and tax laws, Ambassadors are expected to comply with all other applicable laws and regulations in the course of their promotional activities. This includes but is not limited to intellectual property laws (e.g., do not infringe on others’ copyrighted content or trademarks when creating promotional material), data privacy laws (e.g., if collecting any personal data from leads, comply with privacy regulations like GDPR or CAN-SPAM for emails), and any industry-specific regulations that apply to Trillionaire Vision’s products or services. Ambassadors should also adhere to the terms of service of any third-party platforms they use for promotion (social media sites, blogs, etc.). Non-compliance with laws can result in serious consequences, including termination from the program (see Termination section) and potential legal action, so Ambassadors should always promote responsibly and lawfully.
Termination of Program Participation
- Voluntary Termination (Ambassador Resignation): Ambassadors may choose to leave the Trillionaire Vision Ambassador Program at any time and for any reason. The recommended process is to provide written notice to the program administrators (for example, via the official Ambassador support email or through the Ambassador dashboard if available) indicating the decision to resign. Once voluntary termination is confirmed, the Ambassador’s account will be deactivated at the end of the current commission period or as soon as administratively feasible. Upon leaving, the former Ambassador must immediately stop representing themselves as a Trillionaire Vision Ambassador and remove any active referral links, promo codes, or marketing materials that could imply an ongoing affiliation. Any commissions earned up to the resignation date will be paid out on the next scheduled payout, provided the Ambassador complied with the policy while earning them and meets any payout minimums. Subscription fees for paid tier Ambassadors are generally not refundable upon voluntary resignation, but the Ambassador will not be charged further after the effective termination date.
- Termination by Trillionaire Vision: Trillionaire Vision reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador’s participation in the program at the company’s discretion. In most cases, termination will be for cause due to a violation of this policy or any agreement in place, but the company may also decide to discontinue an Ambassador’s involvement without cause (for example, a general program downsizing or reorganization). Grounds for Termination for Cause include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of the Ambassador Responsibilities or any other terms of this policy (e.g., engaging in prohibited conduct, failing to disclose Ambassador status in promotions, or violating confidentiality).
- Any action that unlawfully harms or tarnishes Trillionaire Vision’s reputation or brand (such as fraud, intellectual property infringement, or defamation).
- Prolonged inactivity or failure to meet basic engagement expectations. (For example, if an Ambassador remains completely inactive — no referrals or no promotional efforts — for an extended period, the company may remove them from the program. Note: Trillionaire Vision will typically provide a warning or inquiry about inactivity before termination, to be fair and give the Ambassador a chance to re-engage.)
- Providing false information during signup or at any time during participation (misrepresenting identity, traffic sources, or other material facts).
- Violation of any applicable law or regulation during promotional activities, or any conduct that exposes the company to legal liability.
Conflict of Interest: Engaging in promotional activities for a direct competitor or misusing confidential brand insights.
Neglect of Paid Tier Obligations: Failing to maintain timely payment for the Paid Tier subscription.
Excessive Refund or Chargeback Ratios: Generating a disproportionately high volume of refunded or disputed sales which burdens the company.
Misuse of Referral Tools: Manipulating referral codes or links in a manner not authorized by Trillionaire Vision, such as creating unauthorized discount codes.
Upon termination (whether voluntary or involuntary), the Ambassador must cease using all referral links, codes, brand assets, and portrayals of affiliation with Trillionaire Vision. If you are terminated while enrolled in the Paid Tier, no refunds are issued for subscription fees already paid, except as required by law.
Trillionaire Vision will generally notify the Ambassador of termination via the email on record or other provided contact info. In severe cases involving egregious misconduct, termination can be effective immediately without prior notice.
- Effect of Termination: Once an Ambassador’s participation is terminated (whether voluntarily or by the company), several consequences take effect. The individual must cease all promotional activities involving Trillionaire Vision products or the Ambassador Program. This means you should remove or deactivate referral links, stop using any Trillionaire Vision Ambassador discount codes, and refrain from presenting yourself as an active Ambassador in any public or private communications. Any rights or licenses to use Trillionaire Vision intellectual property (logos, content, etc.) provided to you for the program are immediately revoked. If termination was by Trillionaire Vision for cause, any unpaid commissions that were accrued may be subject to forfeiture, especially if those commissions were earned through activities in violation of this policy. If termination was without cause or voluntary, Trillionaire Vision will typically pay out any valid commissions earned up to the termination date, on the regular payout schedule, provided the amount meets the minimum payout threshold and the Ambassador has submitted any required documentation. Paid Tier Ambassadors who are terminated for cause will not receive a refund of any subscription or fees paid to the company, and any scheduled future subscription billings will be canceled as of the termination date. After termination, an individual is not eligible to earn new commissions or any other Ambassador rewards, and any pending referrals after the termination date will not be credited.
- Reapplication Eligibility: If an Ambassador resigns voluntarily in good standing, they may be allowed to reapply to the Ambassador Program in the future. Reapplications will be subject to the standard selection and approval process at that time, and prior participation does not guarantee acceptance. If an Ambassador was terminated by Trillionaire Vision for violating policies or for cause, reapplication or reinstatement is generally not permitted. In certain cases, the company may consider a formerly terminated Ambassador for reinstatement after a defined suspension period or remedial actions, but this is rare and at Trillionaire Vision’s sole discretion. Any Ambassador who is removed from the program (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) must obtain written permission from Trillionaire Vision before participating again in any official capacity.
Program Terms and Conditions
- Program Overview: The Trillionaire Vision Ambassador Program is a partnership arrangement in which independent participants promote Trillionaire Vision’s brand, products, or services in exchange for commissions on referred sales and other potential benefits. This policy serves as the terms and conditions governing that partnership. Ambassadors are provided with unique referral tools (such as referral links or coupon codes) to track qualifying customer purchases. The relationship is intended to be mutually beneficial: Ambassadors help grow the Trillionaire Vision community and customer base, and in return earn rewards for their contributions. Participation is entirely voluntary and Ambassadors are free to engage in promotions at their own pace (subject to the guidelines herein) without a required minimum performance, aside from basic activity needed to remain in the program. By joining, Ambassadors confirm they understand and agree to these Program Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility and Enrollment: To be eligible for the Ambassador Program, an individual must meet all of the following criteria: (a) be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction); (b) have a valid email address and any other required contact/payment information; and (c) not be an employee or immediate family member of an employee of Trillionaire Vision (unless the company allows exceptions). Prospective Ambassadors typically must complete an online application or registration form. The application may ask for information such as social media profiles, reasons for interest, or marketing plans, to help Trillionaire Vision evaluate alignment with the brand. The company reserves the right to approve or decline any Ambassador application at its sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. If approved, the new Ambassador will receive a welcome communication with instructions on how to get started (including access to an Ambassador dashboard or portal, referral code/link, and marketing guidelines). Ambassadors must provide accurate and truthful information during enrollment and update their information if it changes (e.g., mailing address, email, payment details). There is no purchase required to join the program at the Free Tier (see Subscription Options below), and any optional upgrades or purchases do not influence acceptance decisions. Trillionaire Vision may also require Ambassadors to agree to additional terms or sign an agreement electronically during the enrollment process, which, together with this policy, will govern participation.
- Independent Contractor Status: All Ambassadors participate in the program as independent contractors, not as employees, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of Trillionaire Vision. This distinction means: Ambassadors are free to choose how and when they promote within the guidelines of the program – there is no hourly requirement, no set schedule imposed by the company, and no entitlement to employment benefits such as wages, health insurance, or worker’s compensation. Ambassadors are responsible for any expenses they incur in the course of their promotional activities (for example, internet costs, travel or event costs, equipment for creating content, etc.), unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by the company. Because Ambassadors are not employees, they should not represent themselves as such; for instance, an Ambassador should not sign documents or enter agreements on behalf of Trillionaire Vision, or claim to officially speak for the company. Nothing in this program creates an agency, joint venture, or exclusive relationship – Ambassadors can engage in other business or ambassador programs as long as they continue to honor this policy and avoid conflicts of interest. No Exclusive Rights: Participation in the Ambassador Program is non-exclusive on both sides: Trillionaire Vision may have many Ambassadors and other marketing partners, and Ambassadors are generally free to promote other brands as well (provided those brands are not direct competitors and such promotions do not violate any terms or dilute Trillionaire Vision’s brand). If any Ambassador wishes to take on a competing brand’s ambassador role, they should ensure it does not use Trillionaire Vision’s confidential information or trademarks inappropriately. Trillionaire Vision will not dictate an Ambassador’s other business activities, but it reserves the right to terminate the partnership if an Ambassador’s outside activities are found to conflict with Trillionaire Vision’s interests or values.
- Commission Structure
- Ambassadors earn commissions for qualifying purchases made by customers who use their unique referral link or code and for purchases made by the Ambassadors themselves. The actual amount of an Ambassador’s commission depends on two factors:
- The percentage rate assigned to their tier or level (for example, 10%).
- An additional percentage applied to that rate (for example, 100%, 80%, 60%, etc.), which determines the final payout the Ambassador receives.
- Example: If an Ambassador’s referral leads to a \$100 product sale:
- Base commission rate: 10% (\$10).
- If the Ambassador is entitled to 50% of that 10%, the actual commission payout is \$5.
- In other words, the Ambassador effectively earns 5% of the overall sale (\$5).
- This “percentage of a percentage” structure may vary depending on tier status, promo campaigns, or performance metrics. Commission rates and payout percentages are subject to change, but Trillionaire Vision will notify Ambassadors of any changes in advance (for instance, via email or the Ambassador portal).
- Qualifying Orders: Orders that are refunded, canceled, chargebacked, or found fraudulent will not qualify for commissions; the company may deduct commissions for any such invalid transactions initially counted. Occasionally, Trillionaire Vision may offer bonus commissions (e.g., higher rates for a special campaign or milestone achievements). These limited-time offers will be communicated through official channels and are subject to their own terms.
- Self-Referrals: Ambassadors may earn commissions on their own purchases, provided they use their assigned link or code. This extends to personal use of products, making it possible for Ambassadors to benefit directly from both discounts and commission earnings.
- No Negotiated Rates: Ambassadors cannot negotiate individual commission rates outside the standard program offerings to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Payout Schedule and Process
- Commissions are tallied on a rolling basis and become available for payout once the Ambassador’s balance reaches \$50 or more. The standard payout frequency is weekly or bi-weekly (depending on the program’s current schedule), meaning Ambassadors who have at least \$50 in their commission balance by the cutoff date will be eligible to receive a payout during the next payment cycle. If the balance does not reach \$50 in a given cycle, the earnings simply roll over to the next cycle until the \$50 minimum is met.
- Payment Method: Ambassadors specify their preferred payment method in the Ambassador dashboard settings. Options may include PayPal, bank transfer, or another supported electronic system.
- Currency & Fees: Payments are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Ambassadors bear any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by their chosen payment service.
- Holding Period: To ensure validity of purchases and minimize refunds, commissions may be subject to a brief holding period (e.g., 7–30 days) after a sale completes. Only finalized commissions (i.e., not associated with returned or disputed orders) are approved for payout.
- Identification & Tax Information: Prior to receiving the first payout, Ambassadors must provide additional verification information (such as a government-issued ID and/or Social Security Number for U.S.-based participants) to fulfill tax reporting requirements and confirm identity. This process is similar to other gig-work models and is only required once; after successful verification, future payouts will not require re-submission unless account information changes.
- Future Instant Withdrawal: Trillionaire Vision aims to introduce immediate or on-demand payout options once the Ambassador digital wallet functionality is fully implemented. When this feature is released, the policy will be updated accordingly, allowing qualified Ambassadors to withdraw any commission balance above \$50 at any time.
- Ambassadors can review their running totals in the Ambassador dashboard, which displays referred orders, commission rates, and payouts. If an Ambassador identifies a potential discrepancy, they must notify the support team within a reasonable time for investigation. While Trillionaire Vision strives for accurate and fair tracking, the company’s official commission records and calculations (absent clear error) are final.
- Ambassador Support and Resources: Trillionaire Vision will provide resources to help Ambassadors succeed, including marketing guidelines, promotional materials (such as images, videos, or template posts), and a point of contact for support or questions. Ambassadors may be invited to training sessions, webinars, or community groups to learn best practices. Participation in these opportunities is encouraged but typically optional. Ambassadors should familiarize themselves with any provided Brand Guidelines document or style guide to ensure consistency in messaging and visual representation. If Ambassadors have questions about how to promote a product or need clarification on policy, they should reach out to the designated Ambassador Program coordinator or support email. The company will do its best to respond promptly and help Ambassadors stay compliant and effective. All official announcements or changes (policy updates, new product launches, limited-time bonus opportunities, etc.) will be communicated through official channels (email, ambassador portal, or official messaging groups). It is the Ambassador’s responsibility to check these communications regularly so as not to miss important updates.

Ambassadors should consider this policy along with any separate Ambassador Agreement or the Terms of Service of the Trillionaire Vision website as collectively binding.)
Subscription Options
This tier has no fee to join and is open to all eligible participants. No cost entry Tier Ambassadors receive a standard commission rate on referred sales (the base commission rate set by the program). They have access to the core Ambassador resources, such as a personal referral link or code, the Ambassador dashboard to track their stats, and standard marketing materials provided by Trillionaire Vision.
No cost entry Tier members can earn commissions just like Paid members, but they may not have access to certain premium benefits reserved for the Paid Tier. For example, no cost entry Ambassadors might not receive special training sessions, higher-tier commission bonuses, or other exclusive promotions that Paid Ambassadors get (unless otherwise announced in all-member promotions).
There are no monthly subscription fees for no cost entry participants; however, they are still subject to all program policies and must remain active in accordance with program expectations to stay in the program. This tier is ideal for individuals who want to try the program or promote casually without an upfront investment.
Should a no cost entry Ambassador wish to access more features or higher commissions, they can upgrade to the Paid Tier at any time.
Paid Tier Ambassadors
The Paid Tier (sometimes referred to as a “Premium” Ambassador membership) involves a subscription fee in exchange for enhanced benefits and earning opportunities. Paid Ambassadors might be charged a monthly or annual fee (an “administrative fee” or membership cost) as specified by the program’s current pricing.
In return, Paid Tier Ambassadors typically enjoy a higher commission rate on qualifying sales than no cost entry members – for instance, a Paid Ambassador might earn an elevated percentage per sale or gain access to bonus commission structures.
Additionally, Paid Ambassadors receive extra perks such as: priority support and coaching from the Trillionaire Vision team; exclusive or early access to new product releases and campaigns; special discount codes or promotions they can offer to their audience; and access to Trillionaire Vision merchandise or events provided at no additional cost as a recognition of their commitment.
The Paid Tier’s administrative fee helps cover these additional resources and opportunities. Trillionaire Vision will be transparent about the cost and benefits of the Paid Tier in the sign-up materials. Importantly, joining the Paid Tier is optional – it is provided for Ambassadors who wish to invest in a deeper partnership and potentially higher earnings, but it is not required to succeed in the program.
A Paid Ambassador must keep their subscription fees current (e.g., pay their monthly fee on time) to maintain their status and benefits. If a Paid Ambassador cancels their subscription or fails to pay, they may be downgraded to the no cost entry Tier (or removed from the program if they choose to leave entirely).

Trillionaire Vision reserves the exclusive right to interpret and apply these Digital Wallet Terms and Conditions in alignment with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, as well as in response to evolving platform needs and industry standards. Should any matters arise that are not explicitly covered in these Terms, resolution and interpretation will default to:
Existing Trillionaire Vision internal policies and best practices;
Platform precedents and historical applications;
Trillionaire Vision’s sole and reasonable discretion.
Platform Discretion
All Wallet operations, including reward disbursements, payouts, and store credit usage, remain subject to the platform’s discretion and security protocols. Trillionaire Vision retains the right to hold, adjust, or deny Wallet transactions where fraud, error, or misuse is reasonably suspected.
By using the Trillionaire Vision Digital Wallet, all participants acknowledge and accept these disclaimers. If any clause herein is deemed unenforceable under applicable law, all other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted.
