At Trillionaire Vision, we aren’t simply selling apparel—we’re providing a gateway to exclusivity, authenticity, and long-term value. To protect our ecosystem from fraud and maintain fairness for our loyal supporters, we uphold a firm, clearly defined policy on refunds, returns, and replacements.


 

1. All Sales Final

1.1 No Refunds After Shipment
All Trillionaire Vision sales are final once the order has been shipped. Refunds are not issued unless a cancellation is requested and confirmed prior to the order leaving our facility.

1.2 Exclusive Collectibles & One-of-One Creations
Our products—often part of limited drops, exclusive releases, or even one-of-one bespoke creations—are carefully crafted to preserve their value, rarity, and collectible status. As a result, we maintain a strict no-refund approach for shipped orders to prevent abuse and resale manipulation.

 

2. Security Seal & Verification Tag

2.1 Mandatory Tamper-Evident Seal
Each Trillionaire Vision apparel, footwear, or accessory item is equipped with:

  • A tamper-evident security seal

  • A unique verification tag (QR, NFC, or digital identity code)

These safeguards confirm authenticity and prevent unauthorized returns or fraudulent claims.

2.2 Unbroken Seal Requirement
To be eligible for a replacement or Visionary Credits, the security seal must remain intact, and the verification tag must be:

  • Unregistered (not scanned or activated)

  • Attached (not removed or altered)

If the seal is broken or the tag has been scanned, the item is considered activated and is automatically ineligible for any form of return, exchange, or credit.

 

3. Return & Replacement Eligibility

Trillionaire Vision generally does not accept returns. However, under the limited scenarios below, a replacement (or potential store credit) may be considered:

3.1 Defective or Damaged Items

  • Notification Window: Contact us at admin@trillionairevision.com within 5 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • Evidence Submission: Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage alongside the intact security seal and verification tag.

  • Outcome: Upon approval, a replacement of the same (or comparable) item will be issued.

  • No Cash Refunds: Refunds are not granted, even for defective claims; replacements only.

3.2 Incorrect Item Received

  • Notification Window: Email admin@trillionairevision.com within 5 calendar days if you receive an item you did not order.

  • Seal & Tag Intact: The item must be unopened, with the seal fully intact and verification tag unscanned.

  • Resolution: We’ll arrange to send the correct item and provide instructions for returning the incorrect product.

3.3 Size Exchange (Unbroken Seal Only)

  • Eligibility: If you have received the wrong size or require a different size, you must not break or remove the security seal or verification tag.

  • Notification Window: You must email admin@trillionairevision.com within 5 calendar days of delivery to request a size exchange.

  • Shipping Costs: You are generally responsible for shipping the original item back to us; Trillionaire Vision may provide a return label at our discretion, particularly for Ambassador Elite or Prestige tiers.

  • Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving the unbroken-seal item, we will verify its condition. If approved, we will ship out the requested size.

  • Abuse Prevention: Multiple or frequent size exchanges may result in your account being flagged for misuse; Trillionaire Vision reserves the right to deny subsequent exchange requests if it appears the policy is being abused.

 

4. Forfeiture of Tampered or Ineligible Returns

Any product returned to us with a broken seal, removed tag, or scanned/registered code is considered tampered and ineligible:

  • Such items are forfeited upon arrival.

  • Trillionaire Vision is not required to return the product or provide any store credit, replacement, or refund.

  • Tampered items may be securely discarded to prevent fraudulent re-entry into the market.


5. Store Credit (Visionary Credits)

5.1 Definition
When a replacement is not feasible, we may, at our sole discretion, issue Visionary Credits, which are non-transferable, non-refundable store credit applied to your Trillionaire Vision digital wallet.

5.2 Not Guaranteed
Receiving Visionary Credits is not guaranteed and may be denied if any aspect of the return is flagged for abuse, repeat violations, or other policy infringements.

5.3 No Cash Conversion
Visionary Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to any other account.

 

6. Order Cancellations

6.1 Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, you may receive a full refund to your original payment method.

6.2 After Shipment
Once your order leaves our facility or tracking is generated, the sale is final—no refunds, replacements, or cancellations will be granted (except in scenarios outlined in Section 3).

 

7. Third-Party & Resale Purchases

7.1 Only Direct & Authorized Purchases
To ensure authenticity and security, only items purchased directly from the official Trillionaire Vision website (or an authorized partner) are covered by this policy.

7.2 No Liability for Third-Party Sales
Products acquired via unauthorized resellers, private sellers, or third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Poshmark) are not eligible for returns, replacements, or Visionary Credits from Trillionaire Vision. We encourage you to contact the original seller for resolution.

 

8. Ambassador & Prestige Tiers

8.1 Same Core Policy
All Ambassadors (One, Plus, Elite) follow the same guidelines set forth in this policy. There are no automatic refunds; replacements are subject to the same rules for tamper-evident seals and tags.

8.2 Potential Perks

  • Elite & Prestige members may receive priority handling, prepaid return labels, or be offered Visionary Credits when eligible.

  • No Guaranteed Cash Refunds. These perks do not override the fundamental policy of no cash refunds after shipment.

8.3 Bulk & Business Orders
Verified bulk buyers or Prestige-tier partners may have dedicated support channels. Still, items are subject to the same seal/tag integrity checks and final sale conditions.

 

9. Return Procedure (If Eligible)

If your item qualifies under the strict guidelines (Sections 2 & 3):

  1. Contact Us: Email admin@trillionairevision.com with your order number and details of your claim.

  2. Verification Required: Provide photographs/videos showing the unbroken seal and intact tag along with evidence of defect, error, or size issue.

  3. Receive RAN (Return Authorization Number): If approved, our team issues a RAN for the return.

  4. Ship Back: Package the product securely and clearly mark the RAN on the outside. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  5. Inspection: Upon receipt, we verify seal integrity and confirm the claim. If approved, we process a replacement, size exchange, or issue Visionary Credits within 7 business days.

 

10. Enforcement & Fraud Prevention

10.1 Policy Violations
Any attempt to bypass or manipulate this policy—such as sending tampered items, falsifying evidence, or repeatedly filing questionable claims—may result in:

  • Account suspension or blacklisting

  • Forfeiture of the submitted item

  • Denial of future orders or benefits

10.2 Secure Disposal
To protect our brand and community, returned items that violate these terms may be destroyed or otherwise securely discarded, ensuring they cannot be resold or re-tagged fraudulently.

 

11. Final Discretion Clause

Trillionaire Vision reserves the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and determine the outcome solely at our discretion. Our objective is to maintain:

All refunds, replacements, or credits are granted only if they meet the standards set by this policy.
