Trillionaire Vision Intellectual Property Policy

Trillionaire Vision LLC (“Trillionaire Vision” or “we”) is committed to protecting and rigorously enforcing its intellectual property rights worldwide. As part of our mission to become the most protected and admired luxury-urban brand in the world, we have established this comprehensive Intellectual Property Policy (“Policy”). This Policy outlines the ownership and permitted use of all Trillionaire Vision brand assets, and sets forth the restrictions on unauthorized use of our intellectual property across all platforms and technologies. By accessing or using any Trillionaire Vision content, products, or services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Policy.

Trademarks and Trade Dress

Trillionaire Vision owns various trademarks, service marks, and trade dress rights that are critical to our brand identity. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

Trillionaire Vision® – our company name and primary brand mark (U.S. Registered Trademark).
Trillionaire Vision logo® – our official logo and emblem (U.S. Registered Trademark).
“Be Your Best Version”™ – our signature slogan and brand tagline.
“TV Wallet”™, “Visionary Credit”™, and “Tag Tokens”™ – proprietary names for our products, features, and programs (common law trademarks or marks pending registration).

All the above names, phrases, and designs, whether registered or unregistered, are protected under trademark laws (including common-law rights where applicable), trade dress principles, and unfair competition laws. Trillionaire Vision’s distinctive logos, icons, color schemes, product designs, and overall look-and-feel of our packaging and digital interfaces constitute protectable trade dress. Any use of Trillionaire Vision trademarks or trade dress without our express prior written consent is strictly prohibited. We will enforce our trademark and trade dress rights to prevent any likelihood of confusion, dilution of our brand, or misappropriation of our brand identity.

Copyright and Content Ownership

All original content and materials created by or for Trillionaire Vision are exclusively owned by Trillionaire Vision and protected by copyright laws and international copyright conventions. This includes, without limitation, all text, images, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, icons, tag designs, metadata, software code, and audiovisual content found on our websites, e-commerce stores, mobile applications, social media pages, and any other platforms we use. It also encompasses all custom digital assets and user interface elements — for example, our tag icons, graphical badges, dashboard layouts and features, and any NFT-like components currently in development for our brand.

Trillionaire Vision’s content is original and proprietary. Under the Berne Convention and other applicable laws, our copyrighted works are protected globally the moment they are created, irrespective of whether a copyright notice is present. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, publication, or distribution of any Trillionaire Vision content is an infringement of our rights. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any party that copies or uses our creative works without permission.

Digital Assets and Emerging Technologies

Trillionaire Vision is at the forefront of emerging digital and blockchain-based luxury experiences. All current and future digital assets and technological innovations introduced by Trillionaire Vision are protected by this Policy. This includes our forthcoming blockchain and non-fungible token (NFT) offerings, such as any Trillionaire Vision NFTs, digital collectibles, or blockchain-verified “Tag Tokens,” as well as related technology like the “TV Wallet” digital wallet and “Visionary Credit” digital currency or points system.

The design, code (including smart contracts), metadata, artwork, and content associated with any Trillionaire Vision blockchain asset or NFT are the exclusive intellectual property of Trillionaire Vision. Even though blockchain assets may be bought, sold, or transferred on decentralized platforms, Trillionaire Vision retains all intellectual property rights in the underlying content and branding. Any unauthorized minting, creation of derivative tokens, or use of our names and imagery in connection with blockchain or NFT products without our written approval is strictly forbidden. We are prepared to enforce our rights in the realm of emerging technologies with the same vigor as in traditional media.

Platforms and Scope of Use

This Policy applies across all media and platforms where Trillionaire Vision operates, ensuring our intellectual property is uniformly protected regardless of where it appears. This includes:

Our official website and any ambassadord sites or microsites.
Our e-commerce platforms, such as our Shopify and WooCommerce online stores.
Our official social media accounts and pages (including content posted on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and others).
Any third-party plugins, integrations, or services used on our sites or stores that display or utilize Trillionaire Vision content (for example, embedded widgets, payment gateways, or loyalty program plugins).
Any new or future platforms, applications, or digital services we may adopt or launch.

No matter the channel, all Trillionaire Vision content and assets on these platforms remain subject to the same protections described in this Policy. Users and third parties must respect our intellectual property rights in every context. The appearance of our content on a given platform does not waive or diminish our rights in any way.

Global Protection and Enforcement

Trillionaire Vision’s intellectual property rights are protected by the laws of the United States and by international intellectual property treaties and conventions. We have secured, or are in the process of securing, protection for our trademarks, copyrights, and other IP in multiple jurisdictions worldwide. For instance, our trademarks are (or will be) filed under the Madrid Protocol system to extend protection to numerous countries, and our creative works are safeguarded globally under the Berne Convention and other pertinent international agreements.

We vigorously enforce our rights against infringement in any jurisdiction. Whether an infringement occurs domestically or abroad, Trillionaire Vision is prepared to take appropriate legal action, which may include civil litigation, cease-and-desist orders, and working with international authorities or agencies (such as WIPO or local intellectual property offices) to halt unauthorized use. We are committed to guarding against IP theft, imitation, or counterfeiting originating from any foreign or domestic source. All individuals and entities, regardless of location, are hereby put on notice that Trillionaire Vision’s intellectual property is protected to the fullest extent of the law worldwide.

1. Proprietary Loyalty Structure & Mechanics Clause

Trillionaire Vision Tag-Based Loyalty System – Proprietary Mechanics Clause
The structure, configuration, and economic logic of the Trillionaire Vision Tag Loyalty System are proprietary and confidential components of Trillionaire Vision LLC’s intellectual property.
This includes—but is not limited to:
Physical tags (QR/NFC/IAC) affixed to garments or products, each linked to a digital identity in the user’s dashboard;
The digital “Token” system (e.g., Basic, Premium, Legendary, Rare) with collectible metadata and milestone-based unlock logic;
Rules governing collection, progression, redemption, risk-based upgrades, or reward unlocks based on user behavior or tag combinations;
Visionary Credits and reward tiers that escalate based on quantity, rarity, or strategic trade-ins of tokens;
Decision-based mechanics offering users trade-up options, locked choices, or exclusive one-time opportunities;
The user-facing dashboard that tracks Token progression, milestones, and unlockable tiers;
Backend logic, platform mechanics, and unique algorithms associated with tag value assignment, rarity modeling, and reward triggers;
Any future integration with blockchain, NFT-based identity locking, resale/transfer tracking, or rarity evolution.
These elements are collectively protected under U.S. and international intellectual property law, including trade dress, copyright, and trade secret protection. Unauthorized use, duplication, replication, reverse-engineering, or commercialization—whether for direct use, resale, or platform development—is strictly prohibited.
This proprietary system may be referenced, promoted, or supported within other areas of the Trillionaire Vision ecosystem, including the Ambassador Program or resale community, but cannot be separated or rebranded by any third party without a signed license or usage agreement.

2. Ambassador Program Structure & Mechanics Clause

Trillionaire Vision Ambassador Program – Proprietary Model Clause
The Trillionaire Vision Ambassador Program—designed as a hybrid ambassador + gig economy system—is a proprietary business model of Trillionaire Vision LLC. The Program, including all payment structures, user classifications, and layered benefits, is protected as a business method under applicable intellectual property and trade secret laws.
This includes, without limitation:
The tiered commission structure with reward percentages tied to user subscription levels (e.g., Ambassador One, Plus, Elite, Prestige);
Integrated coupon-code payout system tied directly to ambassador referral tracking;
Built-in wallet mechanics that split commission between withdrawable cash and Visionary Credits;
Optional access to Prestige-exclusive products only unlocked via Ambassador-generated codes;
Bonus logic and payout structures tied to Loyalty Program redemptions by referred customers (creating natural incentive synergies);
The business logic and marketing strategy behind treating ambassadors as independent gig workers with dashboard-managed tools, performance analytics, and optional upgrades;
Commission protections and payout caps designed to prevent abuse while enabling scale;
Non-social-media-based participation, allowing offline ambassadors to earn equally using branded codes;
Internal ambassador rating and growth systems (planned), including upgrade incentives based on consistent monthly referrals, retention, or community support.
This system is considered proprietary business logic, not open source or public. Its structure, terms, and payout logic cannot be copied, distributed, commercialized, or recreated in whole or in part by any external party, whether individual, brand, or platform.
Any integration or collaboration with external gig platforms, marketplaces, or ambassadors must be contractually approved by Trillionaire Vision LLC and will be subject to licensing fees, oversight, and exclusive-use protections.
Violators of this proprietary system structure—including derivative copy attempts—will be subject to legal enforcement under trade secret, unfair competition, and intellectual property law, domestically and internationally.

Clause Linking Both Systems

The Tag Loyalty System and Ambassador Program function independently but are designed to intertwine and support each other strategically.
Ambassadors benefit from increased conversion potential and customer retention due to the reward-based loyalty system, while customers are naturally incentivized to purchase and register tags through Ambassador-generated promotions.
This synergy is a protected dual-incentive economic model—unique to Trillionaire Vision—and may not be replicated, mimicked, or co-opted by third parties for commercial or strategic purposes without Trillionaire Vision’s written permission.

Prohibited Uses of Trillionaire Vision Intellectual Property

To preserve the integrity and value of our brand, Trillionaire Vision strictly prohibits any unauthorized use of its intellectual property. Unless you have obtained explicit prior written permission from Trillionaire Vision, you must not engage in any of the following activities with respect to our content, trademarks, or products:

Copying or Reproduction: Do not copy, download, reproduce, or duplicate Trillionaire Vision content in any form (including text, images, videos, or code) for any purpose.
Distribution or Publication: Do not distribute, publish, broadcast, or disseminate Trillionaire Vision materials to the public (whether online or in print), including on other websites, social platforms, or in marketing materials.
Modification or Derivative Works: Do not modify, edit, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Trillionaire Vision content, designs, or software. This includes remixing our images or altering our trademarks/logos.
Unauthorized Use of Marks: Do not use Trillionaire Vision’s name, logos, slogans, or product names (or anything confusingly similar) in any manner that could mislead someone into believing there is an association, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Trillionaire Vision when there is none.
Commercial Exploitation: Do not sell, resell, rent, license, sublicense, or otherwise exploit Trillionaire Vision’s products, services, or proprietary content for any commercial purpose. For example, you may not incorporate our designs into merchandise for sale, or use our brand names as keywords to advertise your own products, without explicit approval.
Reverse Engineering: Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying proprietary algorithms of any Trillionaire Vision software, application, or digital asset (including any smart contract or technology underlying our NFTs or digital services).
Repurposing or Misuse: Do not use Trillionaire Vision content or intellectual property in a manner for which it was not intended, or in any way that tarnishes, disparages, or dilutes our brand. This includes any use in offensive, defamatory, or unlawful contexts.
Any Other Unauthorized Exploitation: In general, any use of Trillionaire Vision’s intellectual property outside the scope of what is legally permitted (such as fair use) or expressly allowed by us is prohibited. When in doubt, seek our permission first.

Violations of these prohibitions constitute infringement of Trillionaire Vision’s rights. We reserve the right to take immediate and appropriate legal action against any party found engaging in the above unauthorized activities, including seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages.

Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

Trillionaire Vision takes the protection of its intellectual property very seriously and appreciates the cooperation of our community and partners in this effort. If you become aware of any potential infringement or unauthorized use of Trillionaire Vision’s intellectual property – whether in online marketplaces, on social media, on websites, or in any other medium – we encourage you to report it promptly.

Please report any suspected IP violations or related legal concerns to us at legal@trillionairevision.com. Provide as much detail as possible in your report, such as links to the infringing material, descriptions of the unauthorized use, and the identity of the violator (if known). Our legal team will review such reports diligently and take appropriate action, which may include sending formal takedown notices (for example, DMCA notices for copyright-infringing content), contacting law enforcement or customs authorities in cases of counterfeit goods, or pursuing legal proceedings against infringers.

By reporting infringements, you help us protect the value and reputation of Trillionaire Vision for the benefit of everyone who supports our brand.

Licensing and Permissions

While Trillionaire Vision reserves all rights to its intellectual property, we recognize that there may be legitimate opportunities for collaboration, co-branding, or licensing that can benefit both our brand and third parties. If you are interested in using any Trillionaire Vision trademarks, content, or technology beyond what is allowed by law or by this Policy, you must obtain express written permission from Trillionaire Vision through a formal licensing agreement or similar written permission.

Requests for licensing or permission can be sent to legal@trillionairevision.com (or another designated contact if provided). Your request should include clear details of the proposed use, scope, duration, and nature of your project or partnership. Trillionaire Vision will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis, in its sole discretion. We may grant or deny permission and, if we agree to grant permission, may impose conditions or a licensing fee as part of that agreement.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Until a written agreement is executed by an authorized representative of Trillionaire Vision, no rights or licenses whatsoever are granted to you. All right, title, and interest in and to Trillionaire Vision’s intellectual property remain exclusively with Trillionaire Vision unless explicitly transferred in writing. We further reserve the right to refuse any partnership or use that we determine is not in the best interest of our brand.

In summary, Trillionaire Vision retains ownership of and reserves all rights to all intellectual property associated with its brand, products, and services. No part of Trillionaire Vision’s intellectual property may be used, copied, distributed, or exploited in any way not expressly permitted by this Policy or by prior written consent from us. Any rights not expressly granted in this Policy are hereby reserved.
