This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our delivery practices and how they align with the standards established in our Refund and Return Policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.


A. Shipping Overview
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Every order undergoes a verification and processing stage before release. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, peak seasons, or order volume.

B. Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders may take longer during exclusive releases or high-volume periods.

C. Shipping Methods
We currently offer standard shipping only for both domestic and select international orders.

  • Domestic orders are shipped via national carriers.

  • International delivery times vary based on destination and customs procedures.

D. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic: 5–14 business days post-processing.

  • Remote Areas: May require 3–5 additional business days.

  • International: 14–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Courier delays or weather conditions may impact final arrival times.

E. Tracking Information

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent to your email upon shipment.

  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking to activate.

F. Shipping Fees

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an order is returned or canceled after shipment.

G. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to receive it, you may request a reshipment (shipping fees apply).

  • If a refund is requested, we will deduct all shipping and return costs in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

H. Signature Requirements and Address-Based Restrictions

  • Signature may be required for high-value, rare-release, or limited edition orders.

  • If an address has a history of failed deliveries, lost packages, or fraud risk, a signature may be required for future deliveries.

I. Delivery Confirmation and Risk Transfer

  • Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

  • Trillionaire Vision is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

  • If the product’s tag is activated (scanned or registered), it is considered delivered and accepted.

J. Tag Activation and Verification Tracking

  • Every product includes a tamper-evident security seal and a unique verification tag.

  • Once an item is scanned, registered, or activated, it is ineligible for any refund, reshipment, or exchange, per our Refund and Return Policy.

K. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your item arrives visibly damaged, you must contact info@trillionairevision.com within 5 calendar days of delivery.

  • Claims must include photo evidence of packaging and the product.

  • As outlined in our Refund and Return Policy, qualifying damage claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit only—not refunds.

L. Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If your order has already shipped or been processed within that timeframe, it may be ineligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for details.

M. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.

  • Make arrangements to receive your delivery.

  • Any failed deliveries due to incorrect info or unavailability may result in delays or reshipment fees.

N. Force Majeure
Trillionaire Vision is not liable for any delay or delivery failure caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier disruption, labor shortages, or customs inspections.
